Meet Kristyn
I’m a trained yoga teacher, certified life coach, mindfulness teacher, and Tantra Speed Date® facilitator with over a decade of experience. My work is rooted in connection—connection to self, to the divine, to the earth, and to others. Over the years, I’ve taught at festivals, led transformational workshops, and guided both local and international retreats that weave together movement, presence, and self-inquiry.
I believe the relationship we have with ourselves sets the tone for every other part of our lives. Before we can truly connect with others, we have to come home to our own truth—with honesty, compassion, and presence.
Like many women, I’ve carried quiet beliefs that told me I was too much—or not enough. That needing support made me a burden. That I had to be easy, agreeable, or low-maintenance to be loved. But the deeper I’ve gone into this work—through yoga, coaching, Tantra, and connection—the clearer it’s become: we begin to heal when we start tending to our own inner world. When we tell ourselves the truth. When we remember that we’re allowed to take up space—with grace, with need, with desire.
The real path, for me, is about authenticity. What do I truly desire? What lights me up? Where am I saying yes when I mean no—or holding back when I long to be seen? This work is about peeling back the layers of who we thought we had to be and becoming more and more of who we actually are.
Through movement, presence, and community, I guide others in reclaiming that same power—to honor their rhythms, express their needs without apology, and trust that they are worthy of love. No shrinking, no performing—just full, embodied living.
What I offer—whether it’s a class, retreat, or connection experience—isn’t about getting to a goal. It’s about slowing down enough to hear your own truth, to be in the experience. It’s about practicing presence, building trust with your body and heart, and learning how to meet yourself with compassion. From that place, authentic connection with others naturally unfolds.
This work lights me up because it’s not just theory—it’s real. It’s relational. It’s alive. And it continues to teach me every day.
