Join me every Sunday morning for a breath-led vinyasa flow designed to get you out of your head and into your body. This class is about presence, not perfection—whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you’re welcome here.

We’ll stretch, strengthen, move, and breathe in ways that feel nourishing and alive—sometimes grounding, sometimes playful, always connected. Expect thoughtful sequences, and a space to show up just as you are.
