The Art of Intimacy: Monthly Date Nights

Most people don’t want less connection in their relationships — they want more. More presence. More intention. More moments that feel meaningful instead of rushed. But even when the desire is there, we don’t always know how to create that kind of space with our partner.

  • You don’t feel as connected to your partner as you’d like — and you miss that closeness.

  • You do feel connected, but you sense there’s more depth and intimacy available… and you’re not sure how to access it.

  • Things are actually great — and you’re craving new experiences to try together and new ways to connect.

What is it?

This is a 90-minute, guided, experiential date night rooted in tantric principles of presence, loving awareness, and authentic relating — the same connection-forward foundations I work with in Tantra Speed Date experiences.

You and your partner will be guided through a variety of connection practices — working with presence, breath, gentle touch, polarity, and shared experience — all designed to help you feel closer, more attuned, and more alive together.

Each month will feature different practices, allowing space to explore, experiment, and try new ways of connecting.

Some practices may be sensual in nature; however, no sexual practices will be facilitated.

Who is it for?

This series is open to any partnership configuration — heterosexual, queer, poly, long-term, new, or simply curious — and to anyone who wants to get closer.

Whether you’re newly dating, long-time loves, married, figuring it out, or somewhere in between — this experience was created with you in mind.

I created Lover’s Lab because presence is something we have to practice — and when we do, our relationships naturally deepen. Most of us long to be seen by our partners, but rarely have a space where that is the central focus.

This is that space.
